Dr Boyne is a specialist vascular and endovascular surgeon. He specialises in the management of all aspects of circulatory disorders. This includes:
- Arterial Disease.
- Aneurysmal Disease.
- Venous Disorders.
- Varicose Veins.
- Dialysis Access.
- Diabetic Foot Disease.
Qualifications
Dr Boyne attending primary and secondary schooling in the western suburbs of Brisbane. He is a graduate of the University of Queensland, where he obtained his medical degree.
Dr Boyne undertook surgical training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and obtained his fellowship in Vascular surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2003. After further post fellowship training, specialising in advanced endovascular techniques, Dr Boyne commenced consultant practice at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in 2005 and continues to work there as a Visiting Specialist in Vascular surgery.
Dr Boyne is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Vascular Surgery. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Society and has previously Chaired the Vascular Surgery Training Board for Australia and New Zealand.
